Allies at Work
Through our Allyship Accelerator Training Program, we assist organisations in developing inclusion allies by helping them cultivate strong ally identity, along with the confidence and competences needed to actively advocate for inclusive daily behaviours in the workplace.
Our program is grounded in ally development theory and is forward-looking: it guides participants through a process of establishing an identity as allies, ensuring that allyship is embedded as a core value with long-lasting effects.

FAQ
Who can be trained as an inclusion ally?
Anyone! An inclusion ally is a colleague who supports other colleagues, especially those who may feel vulnerable, excluded or marginalised. Every one of us can be an ally for other people. Allies work in solidarity with people from marginalized groups, such as LGBTQI+persons, women, people with disabilities or chronic illnesses, people of colour, migrants, and others.
What do inclusion allies do?
Inclusion Allies are committed to fostering a workplace climate where everyone can be themselves. They learn about allyship values, behaviours and actions and are trained to acknowledge their biases, understand their privileges and question how things are done. Put simply, allyship is a continuous process of supporting those whose voices are typically not heard, those who tend to remain unseen. Allies advocate for Others – in the workplace and beyond that – and develop competencies to move beyond talking the talk to actually walking the talk.
How do I decide which employees may attend the training program?
While anyone can become an ally, not everyone should be an ally. Allyship is not compulsory, and participants should be committed in attending the program. We are happy to share our expertise and guidance on how to select participants from your organisation.
